About the Role
- Domestic plumbing and heating system installations
- Diagnosing and resolving plumbing and heating issues
- Working independently and as part of a team

Requirements
✅ Fully qualified plumber
✅ Safe Pass (valid)
✅ Manual Handling (up to date)
✅ Abrasive Wheels certification
✅ Full, clean driving licence
✅ RGI certification a bonus (or working toward it)
✅ Strong work ethic and problem-solving mindset

Service & Fault-Finding Technician | Heat Doc Limited
Full job description
Based in Wexford | Covering Leinster
Are you a natural problem solver who enjoys getting to the root of an issue and fixing it right the first time? At Heat Doc Limited, we’re looking for a Service Technician who’s confident with fault finding, system diagnostics, and working with heat pumps and ventilation systems.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Attending service calls to diagnose and resolve issues with:
- Air-to-water heat pumps
- Mechanical ventilation with heat recovery (MVHR) systems
- Plumbing and heating systems
- Routine servicing, maintenance, and performance testing
- Interacting with clients and ensuring professional, tidy service
- Keeping detailed records of issues, actions, and solutions
What You’ll Need
✅ Experience in servicing and fault-finding (heat pumps/MVHR preferred)
✅ Safe Pass
✅ Manual Handling
✅ Abrasive Wheels cert
✅ Full, clean driving licence
✅ Good communication & customer service skills
✅ RGI registration is a bonus (but not essential)
